We're building the next one. And we're looking for an artist who can help make it legendary.
The Role
You'll create environments, props and assets played by millions. You'll work directly with programmers, designers and founders. On a small team, your work doesn't disappear into a pipeline. It ships. Players see it. It matters.
What You'll Do
Create high-quality 3D assets, props and environments
Contribute to world-building and visual identity
Work closely with programmers, designers and other artists
Optimise assets for large-scale live games
Take ownership of content from concept through implementation
Contribute ideas that improve the player experience
What We're Looking For
Strong experience creating 3D assets for games
Experience with Blender, Maya or equivalent software
Strong understanding of modelling, optimisation and production workflows
Excellent artistic eye for shape, composition, proportion and colour
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication skills
Artistic Judgement Matters
Technical skill is important.
Artistic judgement is what separates good artists from great ones.
Many artists can model a wind turbine. Far fewer can make that wind turbine instantly feel right for the game it's built for.
We're looking for artists who understand that memorable game art comes from strong creative decisions, not simply more polygons, more detail or more time spent modelling.
Shape language, silhouette, readability, personality and taste matter.
In many cases, creating the right asset requires less clicking and more thinking.
